Trade missions
| The Economic Department can assist in organising individual or collective trade missions. In co-operation with Hungarian business support organisations the Embassy organises a trade mission during which you negotiate with taylor made and in mutual agreement pre-selected potential Hungarian business partners, like potential customers, agents, distributors, etc. We are also in the position to organise visits to Hungary based Dutch companies, which may provide you with an inside view with respect to the sector in which you wish to develop business. The Embassy has a growing Hungary based Dutch companies database at its disposal that can be regarded as 'Uncle Network', experts with regard to the different branches and sectors of the Hungarian economy. | If you have a specific question concerning a Hungarian company, service, product or legal regulation, please contact the Economische Section of this Embassy by sending an email, submitting the question to: bdp-ea@minbuza.nl Individual Market Approach (IM)Looking for opportunities on the Hungarian market? Indications point into the direction of demand for your product or service? Looking for international co-operation in order to strengthen your position? Looking for a distributor or perhaps a manufacturer? The EVD or Embassy will gladly provide you with lists of potential partners in Hungary. The better you can describe what you need, the better our search result will be! In addition, Individual Market Approach is a tailor-made service for individual Dutch companies that are looking for potential counterparts in Hungary. It is a co-production of EVD and the Embassy. The outcome of the service is a market scan, which includes information on potential counterparts, relevant sectoral organisations and specific market data. Would you like to receive additional information about services and products of the Dutch economic network? Please contact the Desk Officer Hungary at the EVD in The Hague or the Economic Section of this Embassy for an introductory interview!The interview is especially designed for starting exporters and those experienced exporters that are about to enter the Hungarian market, but require additional marketinformation. The interview is not intended for entrepreneurs who still need to strategically decide if exporting is at all an activity their company should embark on. For issues concerning the strategy planning of your company, please contact the Advisor International Trade at your regional Chamber of Commerce. During the introductory interview the EVD or this Embassy will inform you about the specific possibilities for your company on the Hungarian market. Moreover, the interview may help identify additional trade development support instruments of the Dutch economic network measures. After the interview you receive an information package. The interviews are being conducted at the EVD or at the Embassy in Budapest. Hungary introductory sessions are being organised in the Netherlands once a year in co-operation with the regional Chambers of Commerce and a representative of the Dutch Embassy in Budapest.
